Bengal beverage is a very selfish company. The senior in the company want us to work but are not at all willing to provide the help we need to do the work. They want us to fix the market but they don't give us the help we need to fix the market. Our Salary are very low and if we tell them something about salary, they tell us it's your fault.

Working condition and environment art very bad the seniors we have here are no help marketing even if there are problem in the market even if there are informed they do not help us in anyway there just do not expect us to do well in the market. They just like to terminate employees, thats what they did to me when COVID came in 2020, even without informing, not just only me! Lots of people got terminated in that phase in bengal beverage that year.

Cultures, mindset of the mangement, some retired people who are woking since long and carring P&PC mindset with manual operational concepts. Owner base company, only Owner can decision in every aspects, Inspite of having good experience & qualification that will be 00 value in front of the Owner, DMD of the company never gives respect of ur experience & qualifications... no recognition for good job... don't give you freedom to run the operation....
