The company is open to the motivation and innovation latest technology. Really I love the fact that I am a part of a team that Central and development. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happliy in collabaration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, cultural is best for me, and growth is slow. The sometimes work pressure is high.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ed e.g. excellent, good average, poor etc. and profit is proportionately shared. The profit sharing varies from 200% (Max)of basic salary for CMD to 40% at lower level executives. Depending on the job requirement , one is required to travel, company provides good accommodation and allowances during travel. As most of the work is high technology oriented, if one is hard working and sincere, there is not much politics one faces. However in general there is no politics. Company encourages learning, one is free to spend time to learn new/ futuristic technologies. Company is willing to spend money to buy tools, so that engineers are ready to contribute in new technology areas when opportunity arises. Work environment is good, one can even work after office hours to learn/ upgrade new skills. Much depends on individual initiatives. Company always encourages. Work life balance is good, managing it depends on the individuals. There is not much pressure from company except when customer commitments are involved.

Dislikes

If one is hard working,sincere and willing to learn/contribute towards new technologies I do not find any issue. However while joining one should select place of posting where work is challenging. As there are unit locations where due to change is technology, the work may not be interesting.

Less work compared to other companies, alternative sat off

*'no respect, staffs are rude, nothing to learn, very less salary, management also takes decision to disturb temporary staff, no human rights inside office, misbehaviour with ladies also happening at office. Only permanent staff getting advantage
