Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. One cannot think about having a career in this company since it has high attrition rate. The MD and Director has zero people skill and would micro manage plus constantly nag to pull down your morale. Advice to the Management would be to have your SOPs and KRAs aligned and trust your employee's rather then being presumptuous. Lastly think before asking your employees to put down their papers because it's your inefficiency to manage them, that cost us our career growth. Worst company donot deserve even a single star . Please create an environment where employees can work.

Your voice won't be counted. One will work there for the incompetent people. I don't know how MD is keeping such a people at management positions. There is no vigilance of what management in the department really does.
