Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

One cannot think about having a career in this company since it has high attrition rate. The MD and Director has zero people skill and would micro manage plus constantly nag to pull down your morale. Advice to the Management would be to have your SOPs and KRAs aligned and trust your employee's rather then being presumptuous. Lastly think before asking your employees to put down their papers because it's your inefficiency to manage them, that cost us our career growth. Worst company donot deserve even a single star . Please create an environment where employees can work.

Your voice won't be counted. One will work there for the incompetent people. I don't know how MD is keeping such a people at management positions. There is no vigilance of what management in the department really does.
