...ompany culture. Company director asking to pass on laptop credentials to others. Company don't give salary slip. Company don't give appointment letter. Company not following ethics of work culture. It's something feels like lala company. I have totally bad experience with BDO india. They don't follow consulting company culture. Overall very bad.

Nothing to Like. They will say that you will get huge salary, but if you have any dependencies they will cut your salary.

...rt where you need to get approval for your timesheet from the reporting manager. Now if there is no project, your manager will not approve it, resulting delay in your salary. Eventually when there is project works you need to work on Saturday and Sunday. There is no work life balance. No learning scope. Only work work and work.

Don't join java team.forget worklife balance, never give you clear requirements,they tell think and do yourself. I never seen such stupid Manager .Monday to Saturday after office working sometime Sunday included.

... management is incompetent and there is a lot of partiality in the organisation. The salary is pathetic and there are no perks…The payrise is based on politics.
