Admin in not good. A parts from work there is nothing much. Company has some weird policies, which forces employees to work. Leave policy is worst.

No good thing about BAXTURE, everything is worse. Changes policy accordingly to there needs. 6+ months of Notice Period.

Dislikes

Completely filled with politics. Installs activity tracker on personal mobile phone & laptops. No trust on employees. Fully micro managed by CEO & Sr. Hr. Doesn't give release with ease, it's a hassle process to get release documents with getting in bad books of everyone. Need to work on most of Sundays
