I really liked that my last company put career growth front and center throughout my tenure. Their in-house training on two software programs allowed me to advance to a senior position within a year. It was a good to work on deltra organization, why because it's my first organization to start my career and to build my skills very stronger. And come to job security, they provided good security policies only but not like mnc policies. And working environment also good and not more than 50 people.

yes it is good at working in Deltra soft technologies and it is very secure and my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily

Just it is a career move to just enhance technical skills but growth is slow and work pressure is sometimes high
