So many things to dislike.
1) HR's are working under managers. U cant raise your concern to HR, if you say any thing to HR about manager, things will move in round sape and will reach to you. And then you are on radar.
2) if any thing not going according to the company ask. The only cause of SO's, as managers says always in meeting or in reviews, if things gone right then everyone stands to take credit.
3) false commitment with SO's about their apraisals,
4) rates issue on extream level.
5) primary base company.
So many things.

Job security nothing good always your senior will trouble you
Dislikes
Compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very hing sometimes i have work 14 to 16 hours straight in a day. Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths also there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes
in the name of training co. is least concern, from last two years every person is having problem about jobsecurity, they never promote you they have history to appoint managers from out of the organisation, pressure is like anything, no innovation company is not able to take any risk on innovation as they have only one running brand. you are safe till the time your boss is strong
