Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes lase into the night

At corporate office, timing is flexible which is good. No problems for sanctioning leaves. More than average annual hike than industry.

Dislikes

Performance appraisal system. Its really disappointing. Lot of constraints. Always assume that performance pay is not part of your salary. Ignore this component. Even it is 5 day week, working hours are 9 hrs 30 minutes so basically Saturday is comp-off rather than weekly off.

No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.
