Nothing for like except employee exploitation, MLI is a ideal for employee exploitation.

Worst experience, not having value and respect of employees. Salary paid by the company to me was to much low as per industrial standards. I was accept only due to COVID situation. They take advantage of the situation and committed me 30% degraded salary as per the previous organization and after the month provided me 50% LESS salary. Then gave me again false commitment of salatlry increasing here after end of probation period of 6 months, then at end of the probation not any changes in salary but so many time changes in location of work without traveling allowance. All fake hierarchy levels in MLI.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Second Saturday and Sunday, third Saturday and Sundays are off. No other perks.

... from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. Hope my review will help future comers. thank you.

The thing is like about max life insurance is salary credit is on time and 2nd and 3rd Saturday is also weekoff.

...they expect high level quality work from employees. Worst management and system. Field work also involved in the low salary. 2 field visit per day.
