...olicies (only upper management is the authority for your career and promotion. Not even salary increment for old employees. Given 9 years of my life to the bank but having salary of 30k only after 9 years. Avoid working at this type of place.

I am satisfied with working culture and job security. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good.

...an the others banks. Service is not good die to sales pressure is higher on BRO. As per qualification and knowledge they are not given the salary. KRA is same for all grades.

...or everyday,, Working hours starts 8.30AM everyday and it will finish at 8 to 8.30 PM,,salary is very low from other entities,,no improvement here,, Useless high authorities,,who are treating juniors as a slave,, Staffs are using bad language and misbehaving with another staff regarding sales in front of customers, seniors don't help juniors anymore,,from 1st day of joining the branch manager is giving pressure for sales,,but BM knows that new joiner has no customer base,, disgusting working culture,, please don't join this bank

...uld never recommend anyone to work in axis bank as branch relationship officer.. Salary is in peanuts (18k) per month but targets are in crores.
