... pressure. Give a overall rating 4 to Axis because I a what today for only Axis. Much better culture ,salary hikes,promotion than other PvT banks ,that I have seen in these 7 yrs. The only thing I have to say that About Supervisor. If you have a good supervisor then nothing to worry. If you say salary matter then you have to jump in every 2,3 year and take promotion to next grade, after that Salary will increase.

Almost everything... Salary Hikes Promotion Targets Ratings Scope of learning (neither trainings nor help will be given by seniors) Attitude issues - Ego problem (based upon the grade) Work life balance (concall nuisance) Etc... Etc...

Life Insurance and General Insurance is the daily job. Con calls also fully focused on LI and GI. Nobody asks for banking products, customer service, and other products. If you can do daily LI and GI then you can survive. Your monthly targets are not do.matter. every alternative day LI login day.

Working as Life Insurance company. Group term insurance premium will be deducted in employee salary. Deductions also made for Axis Bank Foundation without any intimation and consent.

...an the others banks. Service is not good die to sales pressure is higher on BRO. As per qualification and knowledge they are not given the salary. KRA is same for all grades.
