Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Business Intelligence Unit has a very good learning culture. The team which I am working in has very good culture in terms of transparency, work life balance (not perfect but good) and the quality of work. Also there is very less ego in people and everybody is willing to learn from the other and listen the other person well.

False commitment with offer letter ans salary package, about 33% of offer of ctc is deducted and never receivable. The grade system is basis favouritissm and the lower 2 grades have no increments. Bonus is dependent on trainings completed and grades, and lower grade have no minimal bonus which au a monetary loss. As we all know, always lower grades does not indicted the person is ineffcient at work. It also happens due to team groupism ans politics. Unfair and unehical behavior from reportinganager, ans no scope of raising concerns
