Work culture is very poor here. People don't take things ownership of things assigned to them. Emails are just official evidences, people don't action on emails. You have to pick up the phone and call everyone to get the work done, otherwise it is completely ignored. Communication with vendor resources is happening on whatsapp. Your personal phone becomes official. They still follow traditional waterfall work model, that too in a very poor manner.

Great work culture, tremendous opportunities in terms of technology implementation and individual projects, visionary top management and the same spirit percolates to rest of the hierarchy as well.

Overall compensation/salary benefits could be a bit better.

Only the job security is good. If you don't want to learn new technologies and stay stagnant in your skill set and career, then it's a perfect place.

The pay for IT employees is less. ( please confirm in hand salary before accepting any offer letter). The HR dept is cunning, they provide 1 offer letter and before 1 day of joining they drop the pkg and don't provide any clarification. The work-life balance is non-existent. People will call you on for work, 7 days a week and round the clock (right from 9 am till 11:30 pm) daily. The tech stack is ancient. (Python 2.7, No CI-CD, codes sent over mail for deployment, Developers will submit the code for deployment without even testing it. ) If you want to work at Axis Bank, best of luck to you!

Teammates are good in nature, training provide me is awesome, job security depend on our vendor, salary is good for me ,working environment is good their is no any work pressure when u complete ur training.

...e language, he also becomes violent. He attacks the family over trivial matters. I will not say anything about the salary. Basically your career, mental health and life will all be ruined if you joined Axis Bank. I will explain what changes will occur in your mental health after joining Axis. 1. You will remain absent minded. Aapko bulate rahega lekin aapko sunai nahi dega. 2. All the scenes of the office will keep playing in front of your eyes in a loop and you will keep feeling scared. 3. You will not remember anything. Your confidence will be low. 4. You will start having hallucinations and you will not even know it. 5. Aur inn sabke wajh se aapka relationship bhi kharab ho jayega.. They don't care about your health. Don't even think to join in Axis Bank.
