...f remote working and timings. Variable pay for performers is on the higher side. Salary structuring is good as it allows staff to save taxes more efficiently.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy is high. Everything runs slow compared to other private sector banks. Documentation of processes is not yet streamlined. Decision making is slow.

...entally disturbed and getting panic attacks at work. Very in human work culture. They will tell you the salary is 40k in-hand and pay you 28k, when you go back to discuss they simply put up some reason ok deductions that was never informed on the first place.

Dislikes

Do not work here unless you want to be dragged around like an animal . I not only speak for myself but everyone that I know there. Only working in such a toxic environment to make some money for bread. And how they treat you is by throwing bread crumbs on the floor. They are the best manipulaters. Even if you are on death bed, they would want you to report to work.

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.
