Company policy is good with culture as well only Higher management need to take care employees about the compensation part it's quite below average .

Working time need to take care ! Organization need to focus on developing new window for better banking as well customer satisfaction.

...ng on lockdown periods,Well Job security,No increment the financial year 2020, Salary paid by before committed time, No travel facility, No politics, Daily sometimes learn, work invironment is good, No innovation add the lockdown period,Maximum meeting and discussion is the very rediculus.

...couraging. I used to manage both family and work easily while working with Axis. Even though pay scale is bit low but it's a good experience.I have learned lots of new things which will help me to enhance those learnings to implement in different sector if I switch to any other company.
