The company is innovative and broad sector for learning more and more. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global clients base. As a result I came to know about the work style and culture by being a relationship manager,and also by helping and fulfill there needs,its really a great experience .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure doesn't make any sense but have to continuously take calls of the customer wether its for requimemts, service,query its a mixture . It sometimes becomes very difficult to catch another call before solutions of first one.

1.you will get shuttle facility which is really Gr8 ..this is for all members 2.You will get chance to jump for next position but it’s very tough.

No salary hike No promotions No life balance Temporary income source 6 days working And if u did not achieve target then you have to work more than 9 hrs

Job certainty, less pressure of work as compared to other bank.

Out dated Process of work, no training for new joiners, less salary package as compared to other company, lack of communication before application of new process, no leave encashment

...entally disturbed and getting panic attacks at work. Very in human work culture. They will tell you the salary is 40k in-hand and pay you 28k, when you go back to discuss they simply put up some reason ok deductions that was never informed on the first place.

Dislikes

Do not work here unless you want to be dragged around like an animal . I not only speak for myself but everyone that I know there. Only working in such a toxic environment to make some money for bread. And how they treat you is by throwing bread crumbs on the floor. They are the best manipulaters. Even if you are on death bed, they would want you to report to work.

Salary credited on time. Work culture is so so.

Dislikes

No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.
