I am working here from last 2 and half year but as per experience salary is less. Only ₹1000 has hiked till now. Minimum salary should be 15k and above..so that an employee can apply for any loan or credit card. And 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday should be atleast half day...

If I say really I start career with Axis bank. The bank name is enough to introduce it. I learnt the basic thing about conversation with the any unknown person on the call. How we pronounce the word, how polite we speak on the call and a product convincing & presenting skill makes a perfect sell.

Dislikes

Compensation & growth is little bit slow and my point of view that job is for 1 year or 1.6 years is very enough.

Out dated Process of work, no training for new joiners, less salary package as compared to other company, lack of communication before application of new process, no leave encashment

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Axis Bank. The work culture feels overly pressurized, and I find the numerous account charges frustrating. It seems like there are fees for every little thing, which adds to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I do not appreciate the environment or the practices at Axis Bank.

... to such pressure, especially during peak login times. I hate this bank forever. I’ve been facing significant financial strain due to my salary being consistently low at 7,000 to 8,000 for the past 10 months. The bank has deducted amounts for parental insurance without proper communication, and this has caused me a lot of hardship.

...entally disturbed and getting panic attacks at work. Very in human work culture. They will tell you the salary is 40k in-hand and pay you 28k, when you go back to discuss they simply put up some reason ok deductions that was never informed on the first place.

Do not work here unless you want to be dragged around like an animal . I not only speak for myself but everyone that I know there. Only working in such a toxic environment to make some money for bread. And how they treat you is by throwing bread crumbs on the floor. They are the best manipulaters. Even if you are on death bed, they would want you to report to work.
