Neither the salary nor the work culture was good but I loved working there because I didn't become a victim of their evil deeds as others did.

Dislikes

The team members were not at all cooperative or helpful. A good healthy competition should be there among employees but it should not harm anyone and specially not on personal levels. That's what happens in this organization. Those who have a rough attitude towards customers and other staffs gets frequent promotions as they only show their true colours in front of everyone except the manager. And managers are so fool after getting huge number of complaints also believes on their eyes and help those double faced people grow more in the organization. Have suffered a lot throughout my career with this bank for 1.5yrs. I wanted to stay and work for a longer period but the behavior of few people made me quit so early. I have tried to contact the senior level people here but nothing helped because no one listens to a new comer. Here people used to gossip about each other's personal lives and even use bad words against female employees. I have proofs against many such people.

I was with Axis when its a UTI bank before 2006 At that time they providing ESOP to all Employee

At that time salary are Low No loan benefits Promotion after 5 years if clear Exams and full fill other criteria

Overall experience in Axis bank ( Teleperformance) is good. I learn so many things about banking process and how to handling customers over the call and also selling banking products.

Dislikes

... to sale only credit card but after few months they add 6 more products to sale. But they not increase my salary. Nevertheless I have to sale all products and complete the target. Otherwise they will make to much pressure on you.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is Transparent. I have learnt a Lots of things and enchanced our skills.

...mpany there is a lot of politics and then management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is good but salary was not good.

Working hours is not appropriate late sitting in the branch is most inconvenient for the life balance
