...rn regarding the company's policy on notice periods during the probation period. Despite being on probation, employees are required to pay for the entire notice period upon resignation. Despite having a genuine reason for leaving, I was still required to pay for the full notice period, which I believe is both unfair and potentially unlawful.

- Multiple approvals dependencies for the Projects - Lack of Transparency - No clarity on objectives for few Strategic Projects and surprisingly some senior stake holders are not even informed on the decisions taken - So called Strategic Management is keen to keep existing people on bench rather than helping then to develop their skills they are looking for outside talent - Senior management should understand geographical and cultural differences and all practices will not work across entity

Well behaved employees. Get to learn more about Insurance domain. Healthy work life balance although depends on project. Average relocation package.

Salary is low. Hike is below average. You have to wait for getting a good project. This is a offshore centre to support various AXA entities. So, based on their requirements, you will get projects. No internal movement to abroad. You need to oli partners to hire you at their entity.

No career growth,Salary is way too less as compared to other competitors, No transparency in tests conducted, favouritism,office politics,new ideas are not considered, notice period is 3 months :(

Just the location as it was in my hometown.

...ts encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).
