...uld highly defer with the one that they officially get on paper/Employee portal. This makes huge impacts on annual bonus and salary hike at end of the year. For Ex: During my Appraisal what I hear from my Manger would be of "delivered more than expectations" but the result I get on paper would be "satisfactory/meets expectations". No matter how much you push / work hard, the recognition that you get end of the day would not be encouraging. This impacts the career growth and chances of getting expected compensation/pay/promotion at end of the year is very-very low. Though there are opportunities where I have been offered with additional job role(without any job-title change), it didn't benefit me in-terms of getting pay or recognition/award. Of-course the Manager would appreciate personally and motivates to deliver same-level of outcome but that would not bring any benefits. Finally, Salary Normalization - the salary offered to an experienced AVEVA employee is lower than that of a new employee hired for similar job-level and having same-level of experience. The efforts that the management takes to correct this difference in salary is not encouraging either.

Aveva has Good Visionary leaders and observes Market carefully and takes the right step which gives them leading edge towards core competitors in terms acquisitions of new companies , Encourages teams for innovation in the work

Dislikes

People who work best deserves best in terms of Salary hikes, Promotions which is poor needs to be improved drastically, Employee first Should be considered, Employees are the assets of an Organization. Acquisitions should not be at the cost of Employee hikes and giving employees with pink slips and reducing the cost cuttings. Car lease Policy to Only Specific grades which is not worthy as employee with higher grades may not be fully utilize it.

Job Security, Good work-life balance most of the times, Opportunities to try out new things, learn technologies, an annual subscription of skill development sites, supportive work culture

Dislikes

Compensation and perk could have been better. Managers/leaders are not as good as should be, most of the time don't take ownership, lack of collaboration skill and no team player attitude. Frequent organization structure changes.

...ve less importance to senior employees, who will stay long time in this company. for example , who will join recently will get more salary than existing employee, even though they have same skills and experience. If any one want to join in copmany, join with good pay.

...pany cares for the employees, Work sometimes can be hectic. Facilities are Okay. Initially the benefits and compensation are very good but slowly after the merge with Schneider electric the employee benefits becoming less.

Dislikes

The job roles are not in sync with the market job roles. The career path is not that great.
