Nothing since the merger and acquisition happened the company is degrading by its work culture.

Dislikes

Low package and hike percentage. Favoritism and Groupism is paramount. Management is unprofessional and often gang up against employees. They isolate and target to cover up mistakes of favorite employees. Managers/SM/TL are non technical and think they owe the company and threat employee who speaks up about the process or points out irregularities. Not much career growth. Female employees gets priority biased by women empowerment, given higher role and or perk more often irrespective of their experience or performance. HR policies aligned for trapping employee at low salary without no benefit. HR is in control of management so no employee can freely have their say.

Get a chance to work on the latest technology. It probably has one of the best work-life balance that any company can afford. It is not a high pressure environment as the focus is more on developing a great product for our customers and not on just maximizing bottom line.

Work culture at AVEVA is good. Good team work

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

All the companies around the world has given salary hikes to their employees in mid year in spite of pandemic. Though Aveva performed well in terms of business and ROI, there is no benefit to the employees. No promotions, no hikes, no bonuses
