Nothing since the merger and acquisition happened the company is degrading by its work culture.

Dislikes

Low package and hike percentage. Favoritism and Groupism is paramount. Management is unprofessional and often gang up against employees. They isolate and target to cover up mistakes of favorite employees. Managers/SM/TL are non technical and think they owe the company and threat employee who speaks up about the process or points outirregularities. Not much career growth. Female employees gets priority biased by women empowerment, given higher role and or perk more often irrespective of their experience or performance. HR policies aligned for trapping employee at low salary without no benefit. HR is in control of management so no employee can freely have their say....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
