Project manager plays a worst role in the organization, preethi parmar takes a emplyees credit and she acts like a project manager No job guarantee for employees and even CEO also I don't recommend this kind of fraud companies I filled a case against this bladdy organization

This is the one of fraud company at pune, Hiring employees for showing them to usa clients and simplying firing the employees without paying a salary, I can fill a case agaist this company, The one and only useless company at pune, Here we dont have option to submit the 0 rating, because one start also waste for this useless company, Tushar is the ceo and plays a very worst job role for this position, Preeti parmar is the second waste candidate at this company and she thinks she is a project manager, but for fact she is belongs to room cleaning person, dear friends please dont join this company and dont return your laptop until you get your complete salary.

Work time is based on client only, I worked with a us client and had a great work life balance. Also had opportunity to excel in career and progress in terms of designation

There in no job security in aventior, they actions and words are different. Team members are good but management didn't value your hardwork and never strict to their words.

They hire candidates by giving false promises, when I join as intern 6 months they told that they will hire as employee 99% and here before 6 month completion they release us, left us job less. The attitude of hr is very bad at that time, as they guy's give false promises before joining and now ask why you joined? Like seriously 🙄. They give false promises and now they flip from their words. I suggest before joining please clarify each and everything from them thrice🙏.
