Poor Financial Stability, Salary is Pretty less for Old Employees no Salary Revision as per market structure. New Folks with less skills are getting almost double to existing Employees.

Lots of learning. Offer higher pay scale than industry initially. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Job Security is worse. They change projects frequently. No salary increase after promotion. No clear vision about existing products at management level. Every year they head toward chapter 11. Lots of layoff in last 2 years.

Avaya offer multiple ways to save tax. They have the best car lease policy in industry.

I like the work culture at Avaya.

Dislikes

I didn't like the company policy, Avaya Hite people on contract basis. They do not provide the transport but they pay for it. Nobody is supportive. They don't offer any online learning or anything.

Very good company to work with. People who worked on Product have very good compensation structure. They hire skilled not referred ones.

Dislikes

In support department who don't work on products should get good compensation.
