There are no proper payroll processing systems. 90% of the time they delay in crediting the salary. The CEO believes whatever the top management says. No joining bonus, no joining goodies, no gifts, etc.

Compensation. They have hired people at very good pay which is what drove people to join the company.

Dislikes

Lot of room for improvement both at management level as well as employee. Employees needs to be groomed to be fit for the job that they are expected to do. Also they should have good number of projects in pipeline and then hire new people.company is flexible about its work from home and leave policies but people have misutilized it.

We have an excellent team members and the managers are helpful when needed.

Dislikes

So far there is nothing such. But the HR team is something that needs to be change because their team will never respond to the requests made by the employees.

Nothing. Horrible environment to work and career growth

Terrible work life balance. Management expects you to work any time in a day irrespective of you are on PTO or you are done for the day. Most client centric organization I have ever seen. If client expects some thing and dev team knows it cannot be done in that time line, Management agrees to client and push development team to achieve. Management Commits more than a team can deliver and keep everyone life hectic adding stress. No process or plan while starting a project. All project requirements will be in excel. No technical design documentation or coding standards are defined.
