There are no proper payroll processing systems. 90% of the time they delay in crediting the salary. The CEO believes whatever the top management says. No joining bonus, no joining goodies, no gifts, etc.

Nothing. Horrible environment to work and career growth

Terrible work life balance. Management expects you to work any time in a day irrespective of you are on PTO or you are done for the day. Most client centric organization I have ever seen. If client expects some thing and dev team knows it cannot be done in that time line, Management agrees to client and push development team to achieve.
