Nothing like about this company

... at Audax Labs for the past two years, and my experience has been disappointing. Despite my tenure, I have not received any salary increments. The commitments made in the offer letter have not been fulfilled, and variable pay is consistently delayed. The company demands significant effort from employees but does not offer adequate recognition or appreciation. Instead of investing in employee growth and increments, the budget is allocated to activities like badminton and other non-essential initiatives. This lack of career growth and acknowledgment has negatively impacted professional development. I would advise prospective employees to carefully evaluate their options before joining.

Working conditions are not too bad. If you are a fresher, you will get full support from the colleague's.

Dislikes

There is a serious problem with the management. Management does not know what they want from employees they don't have any plans, and they don't give salary hikes. For Example, I have not received any salary hikes from the last 1.5 years, and if they do, it will only be about 5 or 7 percent. Additionally there is no job security there. You could literally be fired without any explanation. Freshers should avoid this company if they have other opportunities, as well as experienced individuals who will receive nothing from this company.

...ment – Favoritism and office politics play a huge role in promotions and growth. • Negotiate your salary upfront – Salary hikes are rare, so ensure you’re getting what you deserve from the start. • Keep documentation of everything – If you face issues, having written proof can help protect you. • Look for better opportunities – If you value growth, fair treatment, and a healthy work culture, consider exploring other options. • Don’t rely on HR for support – They are more likely to side with management than employees.

...re at an all-time high, making it difficult for hardworking individuals to grow. Salary hikes are almost nonexistent, and when questioned, the management gives vague excuses. If the company claims to have financial constraints, how do they manage to spend money on activities like badminton leagues instead of prioritizing employees who genuinely need fair compensation? This workplace needs serious improvement in its ethics and employee treatment.” Advice for the Management • Foster an Inclusive Culture: Create a work environment that values diversity and treats all employees fairly, regardless of gender or background. Regular training on diversity and inclusion can help ensure that biases are minimized. • Establish Transparent Policies: Develop clear, merit-based processes for promotions, salary hikes, and project assignments. Transparent criteria help reduce favoritism and build trust within the team. • Enhance Communication: Open channels for honest feedback and ensure employees feel heard. Regularly review and address concerns raised by your team to foster a more supportive work environment. • Prioritize Employee Well-Being: If financial constraints are an issue, communicate transparently about priorities. Focus on initiatives that directly benefit the employees’ professional growth and well-being rather than extraneous activities.

Unfortunately, there are no significant positives to highlight about this company. The lack of fair compensation, career growth, and meaningful projects makes it a challenging place to work.

...bout budget constraints, yet the upper management continues to receive benefits. Many employees, including myself, have been stuck on the same salary package since joining, with no career progression. The company does not update employee profiles or provide growth opportunities, making it impossible to build a strong career here. Additionally, there are very few projects, leading to instability and financial struggles for employees. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for career growth, fair compensation, and a professional work environment.

Only thing is that they don’t utilise resources better. Some employee over allocated and some are always under allocated.
