“The management of this company lacks professionalism, especially in how they treat female employees. There is clear favoritism, and not all employees are treated equally. Office politics are at an all-time high, making it difficult for hardworking individuals to grow. Salary hikes are almost nonexistent, and when questioned, the management gives vague excuses. If the company claims to have financial constraints, how do they manage to spend money on activities like badminton leagues instead of prioritizing employees who genuinely need fair compensation?
