Manager every time shout, taken work not given good rating while they have taken good rating himself, Working right now in corporate Salary earlier was working as vrm channel is closed in corporate Salary my manager do not has manner to speak personally I am telling it is worst company or bank of my life

I like about the environment and culture of AUSFB, I like my department in which I am working the team is really supportive, I like the programs which are organised by HR, Medical benefits they are providing to the employees, Recently many policies have been newly added like, sabbatical leaves , birthday leaves, menstrual leaves etc, that is highly commendable. I like different training sessions which were taken by HR, The working culture is really good, and some of the events which were organised by HR were good.

Dislikes

*Pay and perks need to be improved. *Cab facility should be given to the employees who are residing far from office, *Some benefits for the women should be provided like to work from home if they are unable to come or having an emergency, *I don't like the hygiene of the washroom and the pantry where I am working. *I don't like office timings which are not flexible for the pregnant women,as they have to come on time during those days. *Pre and post pregnant women should get work from home facility so that long sitting hours will not effect their health and they will remain part of the organisation. *If the employee is suffering from any disease and he is unable to come to office for long time, he should get wfh facility so that he cannot left the organisation for this reason.

Work life balance is good. Less pressure, Attendance punch-in machines at parking levels.

Dislikes

Insurance monitory benifits are very less also parents are not included, no yearly package for full body checkup for employees, medical facilities and general medicines are not available in office premises,zero employee engagement activities, classroom trainings are level based only.

This bank is just harassing their employees in name of work they forced their employees to work on just holidays also on Festivals.Late sitting at offices are common.Hr is just stands for only their positions.No healthy work environment and other extra curriculum activities for employees. Seniors are treating the subordinates like their slave. People who are wanted to work for this bank first thing you need to check the bank don't want to give you your personal life.
