...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here

Good learning opportunities for a fresher. Good chances of getting promoted in the management since attrition is high.

Work life balance will be compromised. Compensation is something which is less in Fincare. Needs improvement in system and digital innovation

Bank reputation was good, also policy good. I appreciate for banking hours was (branch closing) 07:30pm. For family, friend or personal time' space.

But existing employee (good experience) salary according to new joining employee was very low. And staff shorting or leave applying so far. At the time my 28+ pl or 3 sick leave not used. Incase leave system not.
