Salary is a big issue with this Company, salary is delayed 4-5 months and even if you resigned you have to wait for 1-2 years to get your Full n Final and noboby from HR will ever entertain you.

1. No late sittings 2. No issue for leaves 3. Celebrations for diwali and Holi 4. Try to create good culture for everyone 5. Periods leave for female 6. 5 days working

1. Salary delays 2. Hikes are not as such good 3. Learning is less

Great work environment. Learned a lot. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high at construction Site as compared to Head office. It is 9-8 job at Site. But overall there is high growth. Managers are good. They value your efforts.

There is work balance in ATS Infrastructure and the policies of the company are good, the staff gets growth.

Dislikes

When you use your own vehicle for the company, you get very less local transport and you have to pay mobile expenses own.

There are many positives and i am going to start with the company's employee-friendly approach. They realize our concerns and problems. Offers timely assistance and seniors put in additional efforts to make juniors feel comfortable. There are upskilling opportunities to acquire new skills during weekly training sessions.
