For fresher they provide good salary comparing to other companies like tech mahindra, excel etc.

Dislikes

Their leave policy is the worst. No causual leave, if you want to take leave then you have some serious reason. They don't provide leave on us holidays.

... for WFH. Also, the company gave internet, laptop allowance during the lockdown. Salary on time also with the proper incentive. Management is also excellent as they clear about their policies.

Dislikes

Nothing, for now, hope they provide Cab facility when the pandemic will be over.

The activity which are organized by HR is good. Specially during festivals. Also in terms of salary and work its good company.

Dislikes

There is no job security at all. One of the HR is so careless she didn't even help me during my last working day and also talk rude with me. Also i had bad experience of TL her unprofessional behavior made my days worst at Atidiv but this people don't took any action on her.

I had a very good work experience with atidiv.The management always tries to provide the new policy infrastructure to employees.Team leaders are supportive also management always tries to encourage employees to maintain their physical and mental health by organising some sessions like yoga,zumba,singing which helps to boost energy and increase the more concentration on work and decrease stress.

The issue is they doesn't provide salary hike as per the employees performance

In terms of digital marketing this agency is very new. They have very basic clients who just broken their shells and are learning to adapt with the digital space Most of the clients are startup and have very less budget. They just keep monitoring every time as the budget is very low to survive with their big competition They don't have understanding on any digital marketing so you have to spoon feed all the technical details Some of the projects are owned by CEO of the company and he personally looks into it. Many people are involved in the decision making process becomes difficult to entertain all of them No tools or data available to work on existing projects so you will lose all the track of what goes on in big agencies No support from any platforms as the budget is really low so no direct Agency support for Meta or Google ads Even for their own digital campaigns they develop pages using free tools Internal team members are loaded with lot of projects so they neglect or don't have time to help you out
