In terms of digital marketing this agency is very new. They have very basic clients who just broken their shells and are learning to adapt with the digital space Most of the clients are startup and have very less budget. They just keep monitoring every time as the budget is very low to survive with their big competition They don't have understanding on any digital marketing so you have to spoon feed all the technical details Some of the projects are owned by CEO of the company and he personally looks into it. Many people are involved in the decision making process becomes difficult to entertain all of them No tools or data available to work on existing projects so you will lose all the track of what goes on in big agencies No support from any platforms as the budget is really low so no direct Agency support for Meta or Google ads Even for their own digital campaigns they develop pages using free tools Internal team members are loaded with lot of projects so they neglect or don't have time to help you out

...n, hindi name used to give false impression to job seekers that they are Desi...and justify their low salaries to job seekers...its owner in an UK resident, who got business just because he was friend of clients... AN unmarried, overaged, frustrated lady in center of operations... keeps venting out her frustration and insecurities on lower managers and TLs, who makes employees life hell for production and quality! Quality numbers are manipulated inorder to rob employees of their due incentives... and get them fired!! unethical and corrupt practices... employees valuables stuffs were stolen after covid lock down by those who were supposed to keep them safe... a person who does office boy work but having designation of Manager bez he shares sur name with lady in center of operations... What else to say.... :| morality is only a word in dictionary!!!

Worst company culture I ever worked with where your opinion takes into arguments. Nobody is ready to listen to you. Higher management and seniors really need to learn people management skills. They literally pressurise the employees to get the work done. Uneducated and Useless management.
