...e to send her resignation letter as I was unble to work for my medical issues...She told me my salary would be on hold for 3 months... however, after 3 months , she did not even pick up my calls neither answer my messeges at all... fake company and worst working culture.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE

Team leader from my side, and he is very helpful and kind.

The management of the organisation has no idea about the work culture. Collaboration among team members is not tolerated by them, so they suffer a penalty for maximum jobs. If there is good collaboration in any team, they should break this team. This is one of the big faults in the management. Trainer and floor manager have no idea how to solve this proper query, and he has no proper knowledge to serve the proper knowledge to any new employees, and after a few days, the new employees suffer. The behaviour of this person is too bad. This person does not have any financial knowledge, but they allocate finance tasks in their daily job. If any finance background employees are not to solve this job, they are not to solve this query because they do not know this subject. But this person asks a question about the employee's educational qualifications. So what is the meaning of 7 days of free training if any employees have sufficient knowledge about this? They think we are servants in their house. So, new candidate, first thoroughly check, and after this, you join this organisation. Because after a few days, your life converted into hail.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
