Management dont respect long term employees. not full filling their salary expectation . If we stayed for 10 years then your salary will be 12L PA. If they hire new employee with 5 years experience then they will offer them 15L PA.

Work hours really depend upon the project you are tagged to. Hence this can lead to poor work-life balance Management takes quick decisions to lay off people on Bench or junior employees to reduce headcount. No job security for people on bench. Had bad experience with the HR dept during exit process.

...s we know the job and that we do it right and he doesnot need to micro manage. The pay is good and we get really excellent benefits.

You can learn a lot. People with good experience and great depth knowledge, you can get lot mote insights on tech. Job security is lot better compared to many other companies

...ominant, always try to downgrade you, take stupid decisions and blame members. Salary hike is very minimal Work life balance won't be good

Friendly environment . Good work culture. No cheating in variable pay, The will provide minimum 100 % of whatever promised. Decent appraisal . Good number of CSR activities and other employee engagement events.
