...er 3 years contract is over so finally, Jio contracts goes to ASM technology. After 2/3 months ASM Team reducing employees who all are getting a good salary. we all IT guys are frustrated about this incident. Completely we are Unhappy with ASM and Management. Requesting you to please don't play with Engineers think we are also in your family. Thankyou .

Nothing to do with ASM.It is a Cosultancy and It Completely Depnds on Client.

...ears.They will wait for a AnyReason to avoid the Hikes.Now the Reason is COVID.There is a Huge Gap between the Salary Offered by the Client to the Employee and The Salary that is given by the Consultancy the Employee.

I have been working at ASM Enterprise Solutions Pvt full-time for more than 2 years, Good work environment with Good Infrastructure . An amazing learning platform where you can practically learn anything relevant to the industry along with the code and assessments.

Many, 1) there is no proper redressal of our concerns. 2) work culture is horrible. For sake of clients they ask us to do anything. Even after billing for entire year we get peanuts for our performance. 3) managers are worse, only focusing on output and not addressing any problems of the employees. 4) finance people are much worse in reimbursement. Even after calling and mailing so many times they won't reimburse our amount. No proper inclusion of deductions for form16 causing loss of income for employees under taxation,
