Its funny that you can use the same culture conversation to give someone a huge pay and also throw someone out, just need to be a good speaker. *Multiple leadership changes across levels that happen overnight, which changes the dynamics of the team. *One could wake up to realize they have been fired on the same day, without notice/ or compensation. * I heard there were good number of employees from the HR team who left all of a sudden in the same way. Its only their third party hiring that is permanent.. * The leadership isnt able to manage the center dynamics and just portray a happy picture to any leader when they come up... The reality is diff behind close doors. * Supervisors/Leaders live in constant fear than techies, as they arent even sure if someone is carving a path for them to be thrown out.

Learn about MBM principles for life. Charles Koch is truly inspiring. Office is Pretty good. You can brag to your friends that you work for one of the largest "Privately" held Organization in the World. Low probability of getting laid off due to market conditions.

...Managers commit here, the blame will always be on you. HR won't listen to you. Expect high work pressure since they expect a 2 -3 years experienced to work like a team lead and pay him peanuts.

Marketing and promoting company everywhere No career growth, they are not using any latest technologies, everything is different. Work is dominated by US counterparts, they don give clear overview but will expect to make wonders. There was a mass lay off recently, considering their job security they want to have the hold with them, no clear direction. They don involve us in project meeting, but will expect us to deliver with half cooked information. when this is questioned, they say timezone as reason. Bangalore office follows and guides on MBM very well. But the FLs require to be trained well on it, especially the GP FLs

...ve to hire someone to promote it in social media and increase your followers. When I was working, they were giving Koch branded hoods and deducted around 2k inr from employees salary. Very worst method of seeking attention from people. Treat your employees well, they will take this company to places.

Rest everything is pathetic, specially mid-senior level officials hired from technology service industry. These toxic hires destroy the work environment and team culture to the deepest core of it, and hence, no job security, no skill development, no appraisals or promotions.
