If you are a normal contributor for which role you are hired then you are not gonna get any hike, unless you are a margin contributor.

Too much into implementing policies however not in practical. If you are a having more experience then job security is less as they will replace you with freshers. No likes. Toxic management spineless non existent HR will be charged for cab chicken neck leaders. This company is going to collapse very soon. High attrition rate nor good compensation they will you work in a captive but culture is worse than a BPO.

Learn about MBM principles for life. Charles Koch is truly inspiring. Office is Pretty good. You can brag to your friends that you work for one of the largest "Privately" held Organization in the World. Low probability of getting laid off due to market conditions.

Dislikes

Clear discrimination between North Indians and South Indians. If you are a North Indian and literally nailed the hiring process, you will still be rejected. In case you are selected then they will start to torture you as soon as you could be replaced. You will observe less than 5% People from North India in this Organization. It's a product based Organization but works like a Service based Organization. You will be asked to do something extra even if you are doing your job. Else you can expect 0% hike. That something extra is all that matters to your Manager if he does not want to give you hike. Your manager is God here.
