Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.

The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

Dislikes

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Company also doesn’t believe in economics and has a habit of setting promise numbers much higher than the growth rate of the Building and chemical industry which unnecessarily puts a lot of pressure on the sales team.

Once upon a time (5 years back), this company was dream of everyone..very good culture, employee care, average increament, good work life balance, respect to people but now the days are over. Now no respect to people. They will pay you high and then behave like you need to be available for 24 hours..earlier promotion was assesment base, now any one who is liked by Boss will get promotion.. company has destroyed the culture..

.... No care about old employee who genuinely gave their life for company growth 7. Suggestion for fresher: don't just fall in salary package..give suggestions from your immediate seniors. Don't overexpect from company 8. Work life balance totally gone 9. Meeting is just for pressurizing people 10. No hard feeling for company ..love this company but now the culture has totally diminished 11. If you have ability to say ha me ha to to your boss, join this company without hesitation.you will grow 12. Respect for science and talent has been gone now 13. God save the culture of company.. 14. Looks process oriented on paper, actually people oriented 15. Culture is shifting from multinational company to Lala type company 16. I recently dined at Asian paint and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Asian paint enough for a fantastic dining experience.”

Salary is not as per market standards. Promotions are up to your boss not on your capabilities, skills and performance. Work life balance is not there you have to be available 24X7 Late seating culture in company. No matter how long does you stay in night if you are late than five minutes in morning you have to mark your leaves

1. No Work Life Balance 2. 14-16 hrs of working hours. (Sometimes offices are open on even Sunday's) 3. Toxic work culture
