Once upon a time (5 years back), this company was dream of everyone..very good culture, employee care, average increament, good work life balance, respect to people but now the days are over. Now no respect to people. They will pay you high and then behave like you need to be available for 24 hours..earlier promotion was assesment base, now any one who is liked by Boss will get promotion.. company has destroyed the culture..

.... No care about old employee who genuinely gave their life for company growth 7. Suggestion for fresher: don't just fall in salary package..give suggestions from your immediate seniors. Don't overexpect from company 8. Work life balance totally gone 9. Meeting is just for pressurizing people 10. No hard feeling for company ..love this company but now the culture has totally diminished 11. If you have ability to say ha me ha to to your boss, join this company without hesitation.you will grow 12. Respect for science and talent has been gone now 13. God save the culture of company.. 14. Looks process oriented on paper, actually people oriented 15. Culture is shifting from multinational company to Lala type company 16. ...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joiners .

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Dislikes

Your senior managers would force the hell out of you to bring in business or else would criticize you infront of everyone in office or else will force you to resign

Likes

Good salary compared to industry standards, IT infra support is good. The team members are well trained for respective jobs.

Dislikes

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind
