The compensation offered is best in class. The culture used to be good before 2020

Dislikes

The change in top management brought tremendous pressure on the people operating at the ground. Work life balance is non existent, everyone looks out for only their growth, all values lie is paper and not in real life

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Dislikes

Your senior managers would force the hell out of you to bring in business or else would criticize you infront of everyone in office or else will force you to resign

Likes

Good salary compared to industry standards, IT infra support is good. The team members are well trained for respective jobs.

Dislikes

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind

Only you can cherish the old golden days. Nothing to appreciate now

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.
