...ing to customers and maintaining good relationships with dealer and team leader. salary, leaves, employee welfare are outstanding at Asian paints. the only thing I hated as a marketing executive is the time when there are no company leads for you, you have to do cold knocks by yourself which will be frustrating as you have roam all the roads.

dealer relationship is a must and should at asian paints. you have to adjust with the dealer attitude or behaviour if you want to continue in the company, and another thing is company will not give you too many leads or sometimes no leads at all, in such instances you have to go on a cold knocks which is for me a difficult thing to do

No work life balance. No one will provide you training, you have to learn by yourself by watching your seniors and they will never help you, they are only for questioning. If you do not drink or smoke they will treat you like hell, harass you. So if you are non drinker or smoker then never ever join this company. Very poor environment. Rethink before joining.

Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give goood salary hike and bonus every year.teammates are supportive and the management is transprent.

Salary is deceent but career growth is slow.

Good salary compared to industry standards, IT infra support is good. The team members are well trained for respective jobs.

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.
