People who were above me were legit unhuman without any knowledge and skills about leaders they were leading the team, but luckily now things have changed as everyone has left the organization.

... management are transparent. People have no time to think about politics at all. Appraisals are fair and they give good compensation as well.

Imbalnce of work and professional life. Weekends look like its time to clear pending task rather relaxing from work and giving time to family. Management should look for balancing the workload before people broke.

No proper way to check the performance of the employee...If someone is nice to his manager then he will be growing...if you raise your voice then you will be in the same Position.
