Good Work environment And Culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Pressure handling is Must in Asian paints. Once you Sustain in Asian Paints. You can work any Company. If any emergency on Leave at the Time also you work and follow Billing. No timing for work.

Have to travel 100km+ daily, got rejected by some customer, and some little pressure by superior and they gave a distribution subscription to some dealers, if they have their own warehouse in every district this would helpful to sell the product why I am telling this the distributor are the competitor to other shops so they won't buy

Team leaders don't know how to make a work with employees ,they don't know minimum basic about filed work .how can we make sales & how can we get leads minimum knowledge don't know .how can the Asian paints management required the persons minimum also not their team leaders about field work .on roll job are happy & permanent but off roll was so worest
