Everything was at worst No control on union,they talk to executive very rudely. You can not complaint to higher management about union,they will sta you don't know to handle manpower. No work appreciation for north people in Hyderabad plant,high level discrimination for performance rating and promotion. Notice period will be 3 months,no negotiation,no buyout acceptance. You have to serve 3 months and keep your mouth shut....Read More
