Very Very Bad Experience with this company guys. Guys I have wasted my 3 months in this company. Its an Off Role Job, no guarantee that you will be permanent for this job or not. The management teams is uneducated they just trubbles the off role employees. Mainly the TL of the firm just calls at month end only he just want to know much is the value collected from sites. TL doesnt calls in the whole month, he doesnt try to understand or help out the employees facing with difficulties. Guys I am the person who suffered a lot working with this company. 1st Time I am seeing that TL's for there safty just tells everything lie to the Boss. No cross checks nothings. Each and Everything is fake. Because of the Bad Management Of TL I lost my job. At the end of the Day its an off role job we cant tell anything to anyone. Guys your time and efforts will get wasted. THE ONLY THING YOU WILL GET AFTER WORKING HERE IS YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS. BUT THERE WILL BE NO GUARANTEE OF JOB. In this place if you will work hard then there will be no place for you.
