Supportive colleagues and pay scale

... imply power on every possible occasion. Support from hierarchy is next to zero. Disparity in work where one department works for 8 hours and the same salary is shared with the person who is working for literally 14 hours. Also expectations of managers is to work on leaves, week offs and public holidays.

Salary and Company no doubt best as per industry standards.

Dislikes

The negative sides are toxic work culture and no work life balance, no promotion and growth for old employees in executive cadre. People leave the job because of their Boss not because of the Company.

Salary is good and peers are supportive

Dislikes

A lot. I think the biggest issue with the company is that there is no leadership in the company. The people who are designated as leaders are at best really poor managers and have got no guts to stand up for the right. The company talks about diversity, equity and inclusion but there is no value or respect for independent thoughts or voice. Most things happen based on massaging the ego of hierarchy. This has resulted in a "yes man" culture and a very strong boss culture. The company and hierarchy is only interested in increasing the numbers and targets with no regard to employees or their issues. Company is increasingly using the "sticks" approach and getting work done at any cost, no matter what happens to the employee. If you are a self respecting individual wanting a good work life, stay away from AP
