Good package, strong processes, scope to learn.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no career growth, no timings for work, they expect us to work 24/7. People without management degree becomes Senior managers, they don’t know how to manage team. No empathy towards employees, ruthless managers.

...you will be able to take innovative decision with prior approval from hierarchy. Every year there is fixed salary growth and bonus. Salary will always on time and apart from salary good travelling and hotel allowance on tour. Work culture is target and data driven. It is working on preset model of process.

Work load is everywhere and you will find hard to get time for personal life. It is managers company and decision of managers are full and final without discussion. Work from home is meant to workevery time. Health insurance is lower side and Growth other than sales function are slow. Work enviroment is stressful every day

Dislikes

Entire HR team is a waste of space and money. Most of the HR administration processes are outsourced to external vendors and all other segment of HR perform their duties mechanically. There is no term as HR best practices and Employee Welfare. Culture has drastically degraded since last few years. Most of the projects are top driven with the working philosophy of the project being forced upon by external "Performance Enhancement" Vendor. Commonized Methodology has taken precedence over Individuality in working styles. Entire middle management is facing dilemma of whether to focus on Individual Leadership style or follow puppetry orders from the top hierarchy.
