This is a ready-made garment company and I have a work .I love the fact that I am apart of a team that markets reliable,high quality product. I get to travel regularly Delhi to Amritsar clothmarket and Ludhiana and other area of Punjab and Haryana.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours+ traveling abroad folkslikeme have to guide them step-by-step by- step,which is a pain sometimes.

On time salary, no extra cut from CTC, standard operations, fairly ok policies

No appreciation for work, management have no visibility about running projects and corruption is high, people have own favourites and they get all the facilities and perks, others are like pigs for your work

Low salaries. A bit rigid on exploring new avenues/business since already a big name in Clay minerals.

...novation & Knowledge Centre” as there are no innovative let alone knowledge. No skill development, no job satisfaction (only experience I have gathered is how to use “Jugaad” in everything), salary scale is horrible. Will treat you like a labor, pay cut on taking essential leaves. This company is only interested in events & social activities like games & stuff. It is a horrible feeling to go to work everyday as there is no work related activities & management is only interested in generating data & immediately drop the project claiming not sufficient budget for instruments procurement. PLEASE DON’T JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THE HR.
